Our weekly yoga classes offer a range of styles, including Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow, Power Flow and Yin. Each class provides the perfect balance of strength and softness. You will be guided through each asana (pose), helping you to connect with your breath, body, and heart to find the inner peace you need to bring into your daily life.

Experience the ultimate relaxation with our monthly Sound Immersions. The crystal singing bowls produce 432hz healing frequencies that gently ease the mind, body, and spirit. Join us for a group Sound Immersion, also commonly called a sound bath or sound meditation, and let the stress and anxiety of your day melt away. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, and enjoy a more restful sleep.

Occasionally we will offer workshops and class series to discover new aspects of yourself and your practice. Educational workshops and class series provide in-depth exploration of specific techniques, and progressive building of skills and strength. Allow yourself to immerse in a journey of self-discovery.

Maggie will guide you through an immersive experience that uses sound therapy to help you find deep relaxation and peace. Reiki

Discover a new level of peace and relaxation with a Private Reiki Treatment. Maggie uses light touch to stimulate the energy flow in the body, allowing you to sink into a deep sense of calm. Reiki has been found to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as alleviate pain and inflammation, and promote overall health of mind, body, and spirit.

Soul Shine Sisterhood

Discover the beauty of authentic connection and sisterhood with our Women's Circles.
